** Allison was just nominated for an LA Weekly Award for Best Choreography for her work on GODSPELL! This is her 2nd consecutive nomination, and the show's ensemble and music director were also nominated. The awards ceremony is March 29th.
A WRINKLE IN FEBRUARY
Growing up, A WRINKLE IN TIME by Madeleine L’Engle was one of Allison's favorite books. Now, Allison can't wait to assistant direct the WORLD PREMIERE of the play at South Coast Rep, while Shelley Butler directs.
SAVIN' UP for SONGS FOR A NEW WORLD
Allison is excited to start choreographing the world premiere of the musical SAVIN' UP FOR SATURDAY NIGHT, directed by Jeremy Aldridge. Opening night is Friday, September 18, 2009. Then Allison will have three whole days off, before staring rehearsals for SONGS FOR A NEW WORLD at ICT in Long Beach. Allison will assistant direct and choregraph, while Jules Aaron directs. THE GRADUATE

Swingin' with Ben Stiller
In October, Allison and her swing partner, Kerry Ward, danced in a motion capture sequence for the movie A Night at the Museum 2, starring Ben Stiller. Their swing moves will be duplicated many times over in two scenes, including a big scene on a NY street. There was only one other couple, so if you see some cool aerials, you're seeing Allison & Kerry (with someone else's face digitally painted on. )
JACQUES BREL - Living in So Cal
Allison is looking forward to working on Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris at North Coast Rep. She'll assistant direct and choreograph, with artistic director David Ellenstein directing. Performances Sept 13 - Oct 5, 2008.
Swingin' Out
Allison is producing and directing 2 pilot shows for the internet, and they're all about swing dancing: Hosted by champion dancers,Swingin' Out is all about Lindy Hop, and West Coast Westies is all about West Coast Swing. We shot our first Lindy show on June 21st. We're shooting our first episode of West Coast Westies on Sunday, June 29th, 2008.

Applause for Applause!
Allison will jet off to NYC for a few weeks as three time Tony Award Winner Kathleen Marshall chose her out of hundreds of applicants to be the SSDC observer on Applause at City Center Encores!. Tony-winner Christine Ebersole stars in the show, which has 5 performances February 7-10, 2008.

Allison is excited to choreograph the LA Premiere of this rarely seen musical which first ran Off-Broadway. Auntie Mame
Allison recently directed a production of Auntie Mame at the 319 seat Huntington Beach Playhouse. Reviewer Tom Titus of the Huntington Beach Inquirer calls Auntie Mame a "rib-ticking" production and a "very enjoyable piece of theatre" that has been "spruced up nicely in this production." Rose London's Mame is "a beautifully etched portrait of a carefree lady," Cole Fletcher is simply terrific as young Patrick," and "Norma Jean Riddick is an absolute howl" as Gooch.

In January 2007, Allison will direct & choreograph a production of Some Enchanted Evening, which will tour the US for four months this Spring. This is the third production Allison has worked on for The Springer Opera House, which was rated the number one arts institution in Georgia by the Georgia Council for the Arts. The Springer not only out-ranked every other theatre in the state of Georgia, but also every major arts institution of any kind, including many of the state's largest museums, symphonies, theatres and performing arts centers.
